The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requires the State of Missouri to publish a “Consolidated Plan” every five years and an Action Plan every year. The Missouri Department of Economic Development, in conjunction with the Missouri Housing Development Commission, the Department of Health and Senior Services, and the Department of Social Services, are working now to develop the 2019 Annual Action Plan for the state of Missouri.
The plan covers the following HUD programs administered by the State: Community Development Block Grant, HOME Program, Emergency Solutions Grant Program, National Housing Trust Fund, Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS, and the Continuum of Care.
