Ozark Foothills Business Incubator

The Ozark Foothills Business Incubator, located in the Poplar Bluff Industrial Park at 3019 Fair Street, is an innovative facility which assists business startup and expansion. The Business Incubator provides new and expanding businesses with economical space and services. Its goal is to help start-ups and growing businesses through the critical period of product/process development and the establishment of markets. The Business Incubator is owned by the Ozark Foothills Development Association and is administered by the Ozark Foothills Regional Planning Commission.

Located within the Business Incubator are 10 industrial spaces ranging in size from approximately 2,300 square feet to 5,000 square feet. Rent for the spaces has been established at $2.13 per square foot per year. Spaces can be combined to provide larger area for companies requiring more square footage. Each unit is self-contained, separately metered, while most have direct access to a loading/delivery bay area.

  • Space 3 -- 5,000 square feet — Aramark
  • Space 4 -- 5,000 square feet — American Tool and Plastics
  • Space 5 -- 2,500 square feet — American Tool and Plastics
  • Space 6 -- 2,500 square feet — Steadfast Training 
  • Space 8 -- 2,419 square feet — Available 
  • Space 9 -- 2,522 square feet — Three Rivers College Industrial Training Lab
  • Space 10 -- 2,527 square feet — Available 
  • Space 11 -- 2,494 square feet — Steadfast Training 

The remaining spaces in the Business Incubator house offices for the support staff, a conference and kitchen facility, and other storage, bathrooms, etc. There are approximately 30,000 square feet in the industrial area, and 5,000 square feet in the office area.

  • Copying - 15-cents per copy after 100 free copies
