The Ozark Foothills Solid Waste Management District (SWMD), Region Q requests proposals for administration services to carry out its solid waste management program for a period of five years. The program is funded through the Missouri Department of Natural Resources and consists of overseeing solid waste management activities within Butler, Carter, Reynolds, Ripley, and Wayne Counties. Administrative services shall include financial management, procurement, contract management, labor standards, equal oppo1iunity/civil rights, citizen participation, grants management, and required repo1iing.

Information provided to the District shall include:

1)         The specialized experience and technical competence of the firm with respect to project administration, and related work;

2)         The past record of performance of the firm with respect to such factors as accessibility to clients, quality of work, and ability to meet schedules;

3)         The firm's proximity to and familiarity with the project area;

4)         The cost of services for each year of the five-year period; and,

5)         References from previous clients of related work within the past five years.

1 and 2 above shall receive priority weighting in the final selection.
