Ozark Foothills Business Incubator

Ozark Foothills Business Incubator     The Ozark Foothills Business Incubator, located in the Poplar Bluff Industrial Park at 3019 Fair Street, is an innovative facility which assists business startup and expansion. The Business Incubator provides new and expanding businesses with economical space and services. Its goal is to help start-ups and growing businesses through the critical period of product/process development and the establishment of markets. The Business Incubator is owned by the Ozark Foothills Development Association and is administered by the Ozark Foothills Regional Planning Commission.

 

Storage space in the Business Incubator facility
     Located within the Business Incubator are six industrial spaces ranging in size from approximately 2,000 square feet to 5,000 square feet. Rent for the spaces has been established at $1.80 per square foot per year. Spaces can be combined to provide larger area for companies requiring more square footage. Each unit is self-contained, separately metered, and has direct access to a loading/delivery bay area.

     Listed below are the approximate sizes for each space:

  • Space 1 -- 2,300 square feet — AVAILABLE!
  • Space 2 -- 2,700 square feet — Ozark Foothills Industrial Medicine Clinic
  • Space 3 -- 5,000 square feet — Ozark Foothills Industrial Medicine Clinic
  • Space 4 -- 5,000 square feet — American Tool and Plastics
  • Space 5 -- 2,700 square feet — American Tool and Plastics
  • Space 6 -- 2,300 square feet — Aramark

Ozark Foothills Business Incubator     The remaining spaces in the Business Incubator house offices for the support staff, a conference and kitchen facility, and other storage, bathrooms, etc. There are approximately 20,000 square feet in the industrial area, and 5,000 square feet in the office area.

Service Price List

  • Copying - 15-cents per copy after 100 free copies
  • Secretarial services - after 8 free hours, reimbursable on a time and material basis.
  • Charges are for services after free services provided.
